1. Booking

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Check the pickup time, addresses, flight number, vehicle and extras. If anything is wrong, call us straight away.

You must give a working mobile number and, for airport collections, the correct flight number. We use these to track the flight and find you.

2. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that journey. No surge pricing. Tolls, parking and agreed extras (for example VIP greet) are included only if they appear on the booking.

Payment is taken as stated at checkout (usually card via Stripe). Bookings are not complete until payment is received, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Flights and waiting time

We monitor booked flights. If your aircraft is delayed we adjust the pickup. We do not charge waiting time for flight delays where we have the correct flight number.

If you land and we cannot reach you, we will wait a reasonable time at the stated pickup point, then call the number on the booking. Extra waiting after that, or a change of address after dispatch, may be charged.

4. Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation or a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. After that the fare may be charged in full, including no-shows.

Changes to time, address, vehicle or passenger numbers are subject to availability. Call 07518 744309 or 028 9600 5256. Do not rely on email if the journey is inside 24 hours.

5. Passengers, child seats and luggage

Stay within the seats and bags shown on your confirmation. If the group or luggage will not fit, we may send a larger vehicle at an extra cost, or we may have to refuse the extra passengers or bags.

Child seats must be requested when you book. We cannot always provide them at the kerb if they were not pre-booked.

Seatbelts must be worn. We may refuse travel if a passenger is abusive, unsafe, or likely to damage the vehicle. Reasonable cleaning or repair costs may be charged.

6. Private tours

Tours are private hire for your group, not scheduled sightseeing buses. Itineraries can change with weather, road closures or attraction opening times. Attraction tickets are not included unless we say so on the booking.

Tour bookings use the same cancellation rule: free up to 24 hours before the start time.

7. Our responsibility

We take care to get you there on time. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control (severe weather, road closures, accidents, airport disruption) or for items left in the vehicle. Tell us immediately if something is left behind.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
